As a UX writer for Getty Images and iStock, I’m part of a cross-functional team that’s mainly focused on iStock’s e-commerce space, working closely with developers, designers, and product managers to make sure our users have an engaging, friction-free experience. Some of what I’ve worked on includes on-site sales messaging, optimizing our checkout experience, creating new touchpoints for customers to purchase imagery, conducting an audit of our current download experience, and more. Below, you’ll see some of my work. Take a look at some websites and landing pages that I've worked on. Below is an older project I worked on, where I collaborated with a graphic designer to create the layout of two iStock.com test landing pages, and wrote copy targeting first time visitors and existing customers. Due to the success of these initial pages, we were tasked with creating a new page that targeted customers who we could upsell into a subscription.
