Digital ads for our quarterly salesI've worked as the lead copywriter for four years on our quarterly sale, writing strategic copy for emails and paid social that targeted various audiences and segments—such as first-time purchasers, existing purchasers, high-risk customers, low-risk customers, and new registrants—based on their customer journey. I also optimized site language based on customer entry points, such as logged in versus logged out state. For Q1 of this past year, we had orders go up 6%, revenue up 15%, and AOV up 9%. While exact financials are confidential, we've had consistent growth YoY across emails and digital components for the sale.
